The background was made using 2 things, the first being a triangle I made in a separate document, and exported into a readable custom shape, then the second being a new document with a white layer, and applying a pattern (the triangle I just made) to it, as well as a gradient, both of which are blending options.
I then made 2 white boxes at 35% opacity, and added the page information to it.
The title was then added.
I then made a circle that had some transparency, and added the text on top.
Photos of the two featured artists were then added, as well as the page number.
